NIST Synchronicity is a Preferences-panel module that will set your NEXTSTEP system clock to the nations official time by making a call to the National Institute of Standards and Technology's cesium clocks in Boulder, Colorado.
Synchronicity will slowly speed up or slow down the computer's time until it matches the actual time, rather than resetting the computer's clock.
NIST Synchronicity offers a NEXTSTEP interface through the Preferences application, but its functionality is available through cron, or the command line.
