Tired of using Preferences.app to change your UNIX expert setting? If you like having instant access to your UNIX hidden files, but also like how the Workspace is able to hide them, DotFiles is for you. DotFiles is a little applet that simplifies the toggling of this setting. It works by providing a service to the Workspace Manager. By issuing a command-key combination, the Workspace will toggle the display of these hidden files.

Other useful tips:

Undocumented Workspace tip #1: Shift-double-clicking on the NeXT icon will force the Workspace to look for new floppy disks.

Undocumented Workspace tip #2: Control-clicking on the NeXT icon will safely eject any floppy disks mounted in your Workspace.
